Job Title: Chief AI/ML Architect

Description:

Square One Resources Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Chief AI/ML Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning and AI models.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning and expertise in Generative AI, particularly in RAG applications and Prompt Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in developing advanced AI models
  • Align AI/ML solutions with business objectives
  • Propose and implement innovative AI solutions
  • Oversee the complete AI model lifecycle
  • Identify research opportunities and AI best practices
  • Share knowledge and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning
  • Expertise in Generative AI, RAG applications, and Prompt Engineering
  • Proficiency in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, SQL
  • Knowledge of ML algorithms, limitations, and best use cases
  • Proven ability to initiate and lead new ML projects
  • Experience in setting up MLOps pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and conveying technical concepts
  • English B2 level or higher
  • RAG, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, SQL
  • ML Algorithms, MLOps, PyTorch, TensorFlow
  • Celery, AWS/Azure, Docker, Postgres
  • MS or BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
  • Knowledge of micro-service architecture, task queues, cloud platforms, and containerization tools
  • Familiarity with database systems like Postgres
  • Active Kaggle or GitHub portfolio showcasing ML/AI projects
