The project focuses on developing and strengthening the client’s cloud foundation across private, public, and hybrid environments, while enhancing reliability, resilience, and automation. The team works closely with the Cloud Centre of Excellence to modernize applications, optimize performance and costs, and ensure solutions align with business goals and overall risk reduction. Responsibilities you'll haveContribute to the development of technology for client cloud infrastructure, including private, public, and hybrid cloud environmentsHelp build the cloud foundation and support application uplift to cloud, explore and develop cloud resilience and DR capabilities and options for current on-prem appsMonitor and analyze key metrics within our cloud environment to identify areas of improvement in order to enhance performance and reliabilityDevelop automated strategies for preventing, detecting and responding quickly to any incidents encountered when using our technologiesCollaborate with other teams within client's Cloud Centre of Excellence to ensure that the solutions align with business goals while still providing net overall risk benefitsAnalyse technical requirements in relation to cost optimization, scalability and performance Expected competences and knowledgeSolid experience building applications or services on a large-scale distributed cloud platformExperience in delivering IaC utilising tools such as TerraformStrong knowledge of automation scripting languages (Python/JavaScript/Go)Exposure to Container Platforms (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines including security managementExperience with Configuration Management and Deployment ToolsNice to haveExperience with networking security, design principles and services such as firewall, private network, security groups, gateways and segmentationsExperience with integration of systems/services through REST and OPEN APIsExperience and understanding of Cyber Security and General Security mechanismsUnderstand current trends related to DevOps best practices such as monitoring, logging, automation etc.Excellent interpersonal communication skills with experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teamsPreferable experience from the financial industry or other restricted industries Technologies you'll work withCloud TerraformScripting languages (Python/JS/Go)KubernetesCI/CDREST Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
