Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your responsibilitiesIT Consultant Role for pre-sales stage for renewals.High impact incidents coordination and escaltion for IT services.Providing business with IT Projects status updates (regarding IT run projects).Acting as a contact point between: BSvIT, Business, Client’s IT.Changes, assessment, processing and evaluation.Descreasing negative business impact related to ITIL processes.Partnership with Client’s IT.Enhancement of Business operations within the IT landscape.Escalation point for business-critical issuers and changes.Continuous Service Improvement in IT area.Maintaining a good relationship between the business and IT.Supporting design and development of IT service and solutions to effectively assist engagements in meeting and exceeding their business goals and client's expectations.Working with business to develop and support business process improvements through effective IT solutions.Assisting and coordinating in investigation of various complex technical issues.Coordinating BCP and Risk Management processes across Business Services.Adhering to the best ITIL practices.Stabilizing and optimizing core IT core support processes.Our requirementsAround 4 years of hands-on experience as IT Service Manager.Familiar with all ITIL Practices and worked in ITIL driven environment.ITIL Foundation certification.Project/Engagement Management certifications would be beneficial.Managed multi-location end userbase.Experience in coordination with IT support groups.Bachelor's or Master's degree.English - very good written and oral communication skills.Proven in managing IT-business relationships and driving service delivery.What we offerWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
