It's how we stay closely connected to our shared goals and drive swift execution.The roleOur Engineering Productivity team is responsible for building the AI tools that are used across the organization to improve our efficiency and productivity as an engineering organization. As part of this team you will define and implement scalable technical solutions for complex business problems, with a strong focus on LLMs, AI agents, and foundational frameworks. You will drive key initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build global solutions that work seamlessly across all markets. Your work will ensure a clear architecture with well-defined boundaries, enabling team autonomy and efficient operations worldwide.On the technical side, you will leverage modern practices like DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and data-driven approaches to deliver incremental business value. You’ll design and develop scalable fullstack solutions while maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring reliability across all systems, and providing support and insights through analytics.
