Join us, and shape the future of digital transformation in financeKraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking a large-scale technology transformation project aimed at enhancing DevOps practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and improving application monitoring and deployment. You will be playing a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both strategic objectives and operational requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Your main responsibilities:Gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements from stakeholdersCollaborating with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to streamline CI/CD processesAnalysing process flows and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization within a DevOps contextSupporting the integration of tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus, and Jenkins into delivery pipelinesFacilitating workshops and discussions to align project objectives with delivery capabilitiesMaintaining clear communication across teams to ensure transparency and progress trackingMonitoring system performance and assisting in incident root cause analysisPreparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation on project requirements, changes, and outcomesAssisting in the design and implementation of IT controls and best practices across systemsReporting progress and issues to senior stakeholders, ensuring timely resolutionsYou're ideal for this role if you have:5+ years’ experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech sectorsStrong experience working in DevOps environments with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Nexus/SonatypeExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysisStrong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder managementProven ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindsetSolid understanding of IT controls, governance, and best practicesExperience documenting, mapping, and analysing business processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFamiliarity with database concepts and data analysisIt is a strong plus if you have:Experience with large matrix organizations and cross-functional project deliveryExposure to monitoring and logging tools for performance managementPrevious experience with M&A, system integrations, or divestiture projectsAbility to speak or read in additional languagesWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
