We’re looking for an experienced TIBCO Integration Developer to join one of our long-term enterprise projects in the DACH region. You’ll design, develop, and maintain integration solutions and APIs connecting various business applications.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrations using TIBCO technologies (BusinessWorks, EMS, BusinessEvents, or similar)

  • Design and implement APIs and message-based integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, MQ)

  • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless system connectivity

  • Participate in Agile delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of integration solutions

  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and automate deployment pipelines

  • Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability

What you bring

  • Experience in integration development using TIBCO technologies

  • Solid understanding of API design and enterprise integration patterns

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments

  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

  • German language proficiency (C1 or native) — required

  • English (B2+)
