Recruitment Specialist International White CollarMiejsce pracy: PoznańYour responsibilities
  • Working with MSP providers and their Vendor Management Systems (VMS), identifying live and potential hiring, whilst engaging and recruiting qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline.
  • Evaluating client requirements from VMS and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone and/or video interviews according to identified qualification standards – including understand pay methods and reward packages
  • Translating job requirement into advert content to post and attract suitable candidates.
  • Sourcing from open market, approaching suitable candidates and promoting the vacancy.
  • Selecting candidates and preparing and delivering candidate resumes for clients.
  • Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems – Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & VMS – and running standard reports as needed.
  • Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, in addition to candidates who are in between assignments.
  • Fielding general, straight forward inquiries from candidates, MSP Recruitment Partners, and hiring managers; escalating inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
  • Working with with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment.
Our requirements
  • Demonstrable professional worker category recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) – experience with Fieldglass, Beeline or IQN preferred
  • Working knowledge of sourcing / search techniques and tooling – eg: LinkedIn & Indeed
  • C1 English and B2 German
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing, it is also beneficial to have knowledge of Dutch or French
  • Able to engage candidates and discuss pay/reward available for live vacancies.
  • Able to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Able to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data, substantiating information, considering/respecting of other's input, personal values and ethics.
  • Able to comprehend and apply related federal, state, and local laws.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic recruiting resources, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards preferred
