Shipment Specialist

• Obtaining and evaluating offers for the national and international transportation of orders;
• Placing orders, notifications and scheduling worldwide shipments with customers and freight forwarders;
• Scheduling freight space;
• Monitoring the timely and proper processing of orders;
• Provision of shipping documents and customs documents as well as their monitoring and filing;
• Invoicing of machines and modernization parts with SAP;
• Goods booking of machines and modernization parts in SAP;
• Administration and monitoring of VAT certificates;
• Checking and accounting forwarding invoices;
• Administration of waybills;
• Handling of return logistics of parts;
• Transfer from of machines from SAP into our export program.

• Completed professional training as a industrial clerk or comparable qualification;
• Experience on similar position;
• Appropriate professional experience with customs, export and import;
• Customer-oriented way of working and determination;
• Good written and spoken German and English knowledge;
• High self-motivation, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working;
• Willing to work in hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week).
