About the project

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions based on Blue Prism, supporting key business processes across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the quality, stability, and effectiveness of delivered automations. It covers the full RPA lifecycle — from analysis and solution design, through testing and UAT, to deployment and production support. The position also includes monitoring robot performance, handling incidents, and responding to changes in source systems.

Your responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining RPA processes using Blue Prism
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements, including supporting UAT
• Executing end-to-end testing and participating in business acceptance processes
• Deploying automations in line with established release methodologies
• Managing backlog items and tasks using Azure DevOps
• Monitoring robot performance and supporting processes in the production environment
• Handling incidents and participating in change processes resulting from source system modifications
• Supporting Blue Prism infrastructure, including VDIs and database clusters
• Contributing to automation performance reporting (e.g., execution volumes), depending on skill set

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Blue Prism, including development and maintenance of automation processes
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices and the full automation lifecycle
• Fluent command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to write basic SQL queries
• Experience integrating Blue Prism with APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Experience with Azure solutions
• Interest in AI and its practical application in automation processes
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Blue Prism Developer certification
