Your responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Generative AI models and internal developer platforms such as CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, and documentation systems
- Prototype and validate AI-driven tools for code generation, reviews, testing, bug fixing, and knowledge discovery
- Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI APIs (e.g., from leading cloud and AI providers) into secure, scalable engineering workflows
- Define and promote best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and responsible AI usage
- Collect metrics and feedback to continuously improve AI solutions and developer experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, developer tooling, or platform engineering
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models or Generative AI solutions used in real-world or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and programming languages such as Python or Go
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers, or modern engineering toolchains is a strong advantage
- Good command of English (B2/C1 level) for effective collaboration in an international environment
- Residing in Poland required
