Your Mission

Within our collaborative Product & Engineering teams, you’ll:

  • Lead exciting projects—from designing new features to building production-ready, AI-powered learning experiences (50–70% of your time)

  • Drive research and prototyping on advanced educational data science

  • Design and deploy machine learning solutions—with direct input into how students everywhere learn and succeed

  • Create practical tools with lasting user impact, not just theoretical models

  • Share and grow your expertise through internal trainings, tech talks, and documentation

  • Coach and mentor the next generation of data scientists in a values-driven, inclusive team

  • Collaborate with passionate experts and see the results of your work in real classrooms


What Sets You Up for Success

  • Hands-on experience creating real-world solutions with generative AI

  • Ability to turn ideas into trustworthy ML products—collaborating closely with top engineers

  • Strong Python and ML stack knowledge (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, NLP/AI frameworks)

  • A good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and modern machine learning

  • Fluent English (and Polish or another local language)—you communicate clearly, teach, and inspire

  • Experience with collaborative code review and data-driven development on Linux/Unix/macOS

  • Comfortable leading, mentoring, and supporting a diverse, globally distributed team

  • Skilled in breaking down complex problems and delivering value to both learners and stakeholders


Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Experience with MLOps/DevOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or large-scale data frameworks (Snowflake, Spark)

  • Interest in educational impact and social good projects

  • Eagerness to contribute to a vibrant, innovative community
