Obowiązki:

  • Obsługa zgłoszeń – analiza i rozwiązywanie problemów
  • Automatyzacja procesów wsparcia, tworzenie skryptów
  • Rozwój monitoringu stanu serwerów, rozwijanie systemu ticketowego
  • Analiza danych ze środowisk produkcyjnych
  • Tworzenie raportów/zestawień danych na potrzeby klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
  • Codzienny kontakt z międzynarodowymi klientami z całego świata w języku angielskim


Wymagania i doświadczenie:

  • Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia na stanowisku związanym z rozwiązywaniem problemów z oprogramowaniem lub podobnym
  • Znajomość SQL – najchętniej PostgreSQL
  • Znajomość serwisu Jira Service Desk (lub innego systemu ticketowego)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w systemie ticketowym
  • Umiejętność programowania w jednym z języków obiektowych / skryptowych (C#, Java, Python, PowerShell) na poziomie umożliwiającym samodzielne tworzenie narzędzi
  • Znajomość PowerBI
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie, min. B2
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w Obsłudze Klienta
  • Wyższe wykształcenie techniczne (np. inżynierskie, informatyczne, zarządzanie danymi)
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole


Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość systemu kontroli wersji GIT
  • Znajomość technologii związanych z tworzeniem stron internetowych (HTML / JavaScript / CSS)
  • Podstawowa znajomość Azure Portal (Microsoft Entra ID, AAD)
  • Doświadczenie pracy w miejscu podlegającym regulacjom (np. MDR)
