our Client for the position of Senior Fleet Operations Specialist.

Workplace 15 km south of Poznań.

Your responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding of new trucks to the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Order and manage necessary equipment including toll cards, telepas, eurovignet, and TUV Nord stickers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with leasing and rental vendors, cultivating relationships and ensuring quality service.
  • Ensure trucks are added to relevant platforms (e.g., LEZ London, Dartford, etc.).
  • Gather and manage documentation for truck registrations in the vehicle department.
  • Apply for and maintain transport licenses.
  • Manage notifications regarding vehicle sales and deregistration processes.
  • Oversee the removal of trucks from platforms and the return of relevant cards to appropriate entities.
  • Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
  • Coordinate the submission of documentation for fuel duty refunds.
  • Maintain updated registration documents and insurance statuses within TMS.
  • Update rates and other vital information in the TMS.
  • Prepare monthly reports on fleet status for the SMT Members.
  • Support in the management of penalties and appeals processes.
Employer requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 4-6 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, customer service within the commercial truck leasing, fleet service, or fleet management industries or a similar role.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external business partners supporting corporate policy, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in fleet management policies and practices desired.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowlegde of English Language.
