As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will design robust, optimized, and cost-effective security solutions across cloud and infrastructure services. You will provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, shaping architectures that drive business growth, foster innovation, and ensure client satisfaction.YOUR TASKSTaking end-to-end responsibility for the solution across transition, run, and transformation in the Cybersecurity Tower area.Designing and developing cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with specialists such as the Bid Manager, Solutions Architect, and Solution Specialist.Providing detailed costing model, including inputs from SMEs, licenses, 3rd party services, HW/SW, etc.Working with other members of the Cybersecurity Tower team to align solutions RACI and RAIDE and to avoid gaps and overlaps.Clearly articulating the basis of any subcontractor or supplier quotes, including assumptions and exclusions, and the validity period of pricing – working directly with Capgemini procurement or subcontractors.Supporting the Commercial Lead with the draft/mark-up of the schedules relating to your part of the solution (SoW, SLA, etc.).Driving end-to-end process management for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, leading to successful client engagementsPreparing solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations to customers.Bringing in market intelligence from a portfolio "competitiveness" standpoint, both from the global and regional markets. Key areas are analyzing the client buying patterns, price points, and third-party analyst views on the portfolio.Having a good grasp of similar portfolios available in the market, with the ability to analyze, stitch, and customize some of the core portfolio services and solutions, as per specific client needs.Recognizing potential transformation opportunities and their impact on the run.YOUR PROFILEGeneralAt least five years of experience in Cybersecurity design, transition, and operations processes (e.g., SIEM/SOAR, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance), with a strong focus on presales and solution management.Ability to perform cost and effort estimation for Cybersecurity services and develop solution strategies for specific bids, including participation in the full presales lifecycle (e.g.: RFI responses, requirements analysis, scoping exercises, and proof-of-concept engagements).Fluent in English and German both spoken and written.TechnicalProven experience in designing cloud security solutions and implementing data protection measures across cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructure environments.Strong knowledge of architecting solutions to ensure compliance with NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks.Hands-on experience in preparing formal sales proposals and responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.Preferred: Possession of one or more recognized Cybersecurity or Cloud certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, or GIAC.CommercialPerforming risk assessments, price modelling, building cost cases, defending solutions and cost models.Understanding and identifying non-standard requirements and drafts e.g.: SoW, SLA, cost models, business cases, proposal responses, proposal presentations and project plans.Extensive experience in conducting presentations and managing negotiations with senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives.ManagementExtensive experience in managing solutions within a bid team operating in the Cybersecurity Tower, with the ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members effectively while providing strategic direction and constructive feedback.Customer engagementProven proficiency in presales consulting and due diligence in complex deals to ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams.FinancialStrong costing skills and understanding of competitive benchmarks and metrics for Cybersecurity services.Experience in estimating labor intensity and preparing resource effort calculations.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Award-winning development programs to support your career at every stage.
