Junior Financial Controller

- Contributes to the process of budgets drafting and forecast management.
- Controls budget implementation and analyzes deviations from budget assumptions, recommending corrective actions
- Performs monthly analyses, comparing results to the budget, forecast, previous years, and trends.
- Analyzes the company's key KPIs and drafts and analyzes reports aimed at economic, property, and financial analysis, ensuring compliance with the Group's procedures.
- Provides agreed-upon reporting to corporate departments and local finance dept.
- Identifies and signals possible anomalies in the relevant processes to the Corporate Management Account Department and local finance Dept.
- Participates in processes related to the financial management periodical closing reporting package.
- Collaborates with the Corporate Management Account Department to optimize planning and control processes.
- Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture
- Applies the Corporate Principles and Values
- Higher education (preferred: finance, accounting),
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably the position of Junior Finance Controller in international environment, preferably in manufacturing companies,
- Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Other languages German or French would be considered as solid asset,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package,
- Familiarity with ERP class accounting software (knowledge of ECC SAP or S4/H is welcome),
- High communication skills, initiative, focus on optimization/automation of controlling processes, excellent organization of own work, responsibility and punctuality
- Additional experience in SSC/BPO/GPS sector, is highly desirable,
- The position will be placed in office located nearby Rondo Daszynskiego (Warsaw), however Plant's visit within a radius of ca.100 km could be required.
- Availability to travel within the Group site for training and business purposes requirements
