Join us, and drive successful projects across global, multi-country initiativesKraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).As a Senior PMO you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution managing complex, multi-country programmes and projects. You will be overseeing project governance, ensuring alignment with organisational standards, and supporting project managers in delivering initiatives efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will be coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project performance, facilitating decision-making across multiple stakeholders, and implementing PMO best practices. You will also be driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, and supporting strategic initiatives while working proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Your main responsibilities:Monitoring programme and project performance across multiple regionsSupporting project managers in planning, execution, and deliveryApplying PMO processes and project management best practicesRunning meetings and facilitating communication across stakeholdersProducing project documentation, status reports, and dashboardsConducting risk and issue analysis and proposing mitigation strategiesCoordinating cross-functional teams and promoting collaborationDriving continuous improvement within PMO processesEnsuring compliance with project management methodologiesProviding analytical insights to support programme governanceYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 10 years’ experience in project/programme managementMinimum 3 years managing complex, multi-country projectsStrong understanding of programme and project lifecycleKnowledge of project management methodologies and PMO processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and proactivelyExperience running meetings in English over video or teleconferenceEvidence of self-development and continuous learningExperience coordinating and influencing cross-functional teamsIt is a strong plus if you have:Experience leading a PMO unitPMP or MSP training or certificationWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
