Credit Controller, German or Dutch speaker Miejsce pracy: KrakówYour responsibilities
  • Manage fraud, credit, and trade compliance risks for both new and existing customers, following business guidelines
  • Identify, monitor, and communicate risks effectively to stakeholders, taking timely action to resolve issues as needed
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to facilitate credit facility approvals and make informed recommendations
  • Propose process improvements and support the credit controll team in testing and implementing new processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements, including the Credit Controll Policy and other relevant policies
  • Review and release orders on hold when possible
  • Manage your allocated ledger, addressing internal and external queries promptly and referring them as necessary
  • Provide support to the Credit Control team for incoming cases, held orders, absence coverage, and other ad hoc duties as required

  • Fluency in English and German or Dutch is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in credit management or risk assessment is preferred
