Senior IT RecruiterThe OpportunityJoin us as a Senior IT Recruiter and help build world-class engineering teams across multiple ventures—from AI-native platforms to marketplace solutions and internal SaaS products. You'll:Run end-to-end IT recruitment for our ventures, sourcing and hiring developers, engineers, and tech specialists across Poland and internationally.Partner with hiring managers (CTOs, Engineering Leads, PMs) to define role requirements and craft compelling candidate experiences.Leverage modern tools like ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and our internal tech stack (Jira, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack).Build talent pipelines for recurring technical roles—backend, frontend, DevOps, AI/ML engineers, and more.Collaborate remotely with a multicultural team spanning Poland and Saudi Arabia, supporting hiring across multiple ventures simultaneously.Shape our recruitment processes—your ideas for optimization, automation, and candidate experience improvements go straight into action.Occasionally represent us at tech events, meetups, and conferences to strengthen our employer brand.Why You'll Love Working with UsAI at the Core – We're building AI-native development tools and ventures.
