Position: Business Systems Manager
Location: Warsaw

The client is a technology-driven, process-oriented organization that relies on modern cloud platforms. The company prioritizes structured workflows, effective tools, clear governance, and continuous improvement of systems and service quality. As they grow, they are strengthening ownership of key business platforms to ensure long-term consistency and high performance.
Requirements:
3–5+ years working with ITSM/PSA/RMM platforms, ideally in MSP or IT services.
Experience with ConnectWise tools or similar systems is highly beneficial.
Strong understanding of workflows, access governance, licensing, and SaaS administration.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and process-improvement skills.
Familiarity with RBAC, SSO/MFA, Azure AD, and basic reporting.
Nice to have: ITIL, ConnectWise expertise, automation/API familiarity.
Responsibilities:
Own configuration, licensing, access, and data quality for ConnectWise and IT Glue platforms.
Act as the main vendor contact, track updates, and guide internal adoption.
Improve workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Support teams with changes, ensure consistent tool usage, and maintain governance.
Monitor performance, optimize costs, enforce security requirements, and keep documentation updated.
Provide reporting and insights to leadership.
