RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in designing real products (mobile + web)A portfolio with case studies showcasing your process and outcomesExcellent knowledge of Figma: components, variants, autolayout, prototypesExperience working with Development teams — both Mobile and WebAbility to independently lead the full design processFluent communication in EnglishWillingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or the Tricity areaKey ResponsibilitiesDesigning a mobile application (React Native) and a web application (React)Creating user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypesBuilding and maintaining the design systemCollaborating with the development team and participating in user interviewsIteratively improving the product based on feedback Nice to haveExperience with field-work / checklist / inspection applicationsCreating design systems from scratch.Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG)Experience working in a distributed/remote teamAbility to quickly create low-fi prototypes Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Our client is a fast-growing Norwegian scale-up on a mission to transform the construction industry through data-driven collaboration.
