You will take user stories and full features and, based on the required specifications, design and develop front-end components for applications built in TypeScript (Angular 18–19) at an expert level. The work includes refactoring and rewriting existing mature code using the latest Angular technologies and coding patterns to ensure high performance, maintainability, and scalability. Responsibilities you'll haveImplementing new and modifying existing functionalities in front-end applicationsCooperating with Full-Stack Developers to deliver complete solutions for banking systemsReviewing and refactoring existing code to align with modern Angular standardsWriting and maintaining unit tests using JasminePerforming regular reviews of the existing code base and proposing front-end improvementsCommunicating and collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and QA TestersDesigning and proposing front-end innovations aligned with modern development practicesPresenting implemented functionalities during demosSupporting release processes for front-end components of banking applications Expected competences and knowledgeExpert knowledge of Angular (versions 18–19) and TypeScript, including the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise front-end applicationsStrong experience in refactoring and rewriting existing mature codebases using the latest Angular features, coding patterns, and architectural best practicesProficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with design guidelinesSolid understanding of REST API integration and front-end to backend communication flows in distributed applicationsPractical experience in unit testing (e.g. Jasmine) and ensuring code quality through maintainable, testable solutions Nice to haveFamiliarity with RxJS and reactive programming principlesUnderstanding of other front-end frameworks such as React (asset), as some applications are being migrated from React to Angular Technologies you'll work withAngular 18-19 (TypeScript)HTML, CSSREST API for Web ServicesJasmineReactRxJS Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
