Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and modernizing front-end components for banking applications. You will take user stories and full features and, based on the required specifications, design and develop front-end components for applications built in
TypeScript (Angular 18–19)
at an
expert level
. The work includes refactoring and rewriting existing mature code using the latest Angular technologies and coding patterns to ensure high performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Responsibilities You'll Have

  • Implementing new and modifying existing functionalities in front-end applications
  • Cooperating with Full-Stack Developers to deliver complete solutions for banking systems
  • Reviewing and refactoring existing code to align with modern Angular standards
  • Writing and maintaining unit tests using Jasmine
  • Performing regular reviews of the existing code base and proposing front-end improvements
  • Communicating and collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and QA Testers
  • Designing and proposing front-end innovations aligned with modern development practices
  • Presenting implemented functionalities during demos
  • Supporting release processes for front-end components of banking applications

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Expert knowledge of Angular (versions 18–19) and TypeScript, including the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise front-end applications
  • Strong experience in refactoring and rewriting existing mature codebases using the latest Angular features, coding patterns, and architectural best practices
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with design guidelines
  • Solid understanding of REST API integration and front-end to backend communication flows in distributed applications
  • Practical experience in unit testing (e.g. Jasmine) and ensuring code quality through maintainable, testable solutions

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with RxJS and reactive programming principles
  • Understanding of other front-end frameworks such as React (asset), as some applications are being migrated from React to Angular
