About the project

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Analyst who works comfortably at the intersection of business and technology. The role requires experience in testing, system integrations, and platform configuration, as well as a structured and methodical approach to supporting tool rollouts across markets.

Your responsibilities
  • Support deployment and configuration of CX and CRM tools in local markets.
  • Execute functional and UAT testing; identify and track issues with technical teams.
  • Support integrations between CRM platforms and cloud data environments.
  • Adapt global solutions to local business requirements.
  • Maintain essential technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Our requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical, data, or platform-related roles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and cloud-based data environments.
  • Solid understanding of Data Architecture, including data flows, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with Azure-based tools (e.g. Data Factory, Databricks) and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of data quality, testing, and validation processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
