About the project

The Expert Functional Analyst will lead the design, optimization, and modernization of business processes and document lifecycle systems. The role focuses on working with Thunderhead/SmartComms, AOMS, and data modeling, ensuring regulatory alignment and driving legacy system modernization. The analyst will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and compliance teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead functional analysis and design for document lifecycle processes using Thunderhead/SmartComms and AOMS.
  • Model data and business processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support legacy system modernization initiatives, including migration and integration projects.
  • Ensure business processes and systems align with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance teams to implement and optimize solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for document lifecycle management and system modernization.
  • Conduct impact analysis for changes and support testing and validation activities.
Our requirements
  • Expert-level experience (7-12 years) as a Functional Analyst in document lifecycle management and enterprise systems.
  • Strong experience with Thunderhead/SmartComms, AOMS, and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to ensure regulatory alignment and compliance in system design.
  • Experience in legacy system modernization and integration projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and compliance teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
