Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiadać za rozwój produktów AI od pomysłu do wdrożenia. Twoja praca pomoże łączyć potrzeby biznesu z nowoczesnymi technologiami i przyniesie realną wartość organizacji. Wspólnie z zespołem zadbasz o skuteczną realizację projektów AI.


W naszym zespole będziesz odpowiadać za:

  • Prowadzenie rozwóju produktów i inicjatyw AI – od idei, przez MVP, po wdrożenie produkcyjne.

  • Definiowanie wizji, roadmapy i priorytetów dla rozwiązań AI w obszarach biznesowych banku.

  • Identyfikację przypadków użycia (use cases) i ocenę ich potencjału biznesowego i technologicznego.

  • Współpracę z zespołami Data Science, MLOps, IT, Compliance i jednostkami biznesowymi przy wdrażaniu rozwiązań.

  • Tworzenie i nadzorowanie backlogu produktu, user stories oraz akceptację wyników prac zespołu.


Ta praca jest dla Ciebie, jeśli:

  • Masz doświadczenie w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu produktów opartych o dane i sztuczną inteligencję.

  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy z zespołami technologicznymi (Data Science, IT, architektura, MLOps).

  • Znasz podstawy uczenia maszynowego i potrafisz zrozumieć kluczowe wskaźniki skuteczności modeli.

  • Dobrze czujesz się w zarządzaniu backlogiem, roadmapą i komunikacją z interesariuszami.

  • Potrafisz łączyć potrzeby biznesu z możliwościami technologicznymi i przekładać je na konkretne działania.
