Warsaw/ Gdańsk based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week)As a Python AI Developer you will be working for our client, an international bank that is launching an innovative project focused on developing AI-driven solutions to support critical business processes. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced models and microservices that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and AI frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with development teams, apply best practices in software engineering, and directly contribute to the modernization of financial services through applied artificial intelligence.Your main responsibilities:Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern frameworksBuild and optimize REST microservices supporting business applicationsApply LLMs, embeddings, and RAG techniques to real-world use casesContinuously improve performance and benchmark results of delivered solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementationsEnsure code quality through testing, documentation, and best practicesSupport the integration of AI components into scalable production environmentsContribute to the knowledge sharing and technical growth within the teamYou're ideal for this role if you have:Proficiency in Python programming and at least one AI framework such as LangchainPractical experience in building solutions with LLMs and embedding modelsKnowledge of RAG-based architectures and their implementationStrong ability to design and maintain REST microservicesDrive to improve and optimize performance metrics of delivered solutionsFocus on producing high-quality, maintainable codeMinimum of 4 years of commercial experience in software developmentFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google CloudKnowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
