We seek an experienced Python AI/LLM Engineer to join our mission. This is more than just a statement – it’s our daily practice and a core part of our DNA. We’re seeking an A-player who thrives on continuous learning, personal growth, and building AI Agentic solutions that impact businesses.

All our projects focus on building custom agentic AI solutions. Projects center on developing agentic AI as a cornerstone of AI-driven business transformation. Every system is engineered from scratch – no GPTs, no off-the-shelf components. This is pure engineering, where each solution is fully customized to address specific business needs. We act as long-term partners, embedding ourselves in our clients’ processes to automate and optimize them step by step.

You’ll collaborate directly with the client’s team and our AI Tech Lead in sprint-based iterations. Our mission is to drive the AI Agents transformation, addressing immediate pain points while aligning with long-term strategic goals.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.

• Support the design and implementation of AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Build and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs to expose application functionalities.

• Engineering of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone).

• Contribute to preparing validation datasets and running basic evaluation tests for LLMs.

• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and performance of services in production environments.

• Collaborate with business consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Lead projects, work directly with engineers, and communicate with clients.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ongoing and completed projects.

• Participate in code reviews to share knowledge and ensure high code quality.

• Contribute weekly to VstormPedia (our internal technical knowledge base).

Ideally, if you have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development with Python.

• Basic hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• A foundational understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work.

• Proficiency in using Git and applying software engineering best practices (clean code, CI/CD, code reviews).

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and spoken).

• (nice to have) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
