YOUR TASKSTeam Lead of Managed Workstations run operation teamClient facing SME for Software distribution & Packaging - close collaboration with the clientManage client request and prioritize tasks in the daily business executing/consulting complex changesreview and contribution in high level design documentsensuring deliverables are up to quality standardskeeping SLA's and KPI's in the agreed thresholdidentifying automation opportunitiesevaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutionsCollaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with patching and configuration baselinesYOUR PROFILEat least 5-8 years experience in SCCM and Intune , very good knowledge of these services is a mustwide technical knowledge on managed workplace (specifically Workstation, Mobile device management, cyber security understanding)knowledge in design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint configurationgood communication and interpersonal skills.proficiency in reportinganalytical mindset and problem-solving attitudeGerman language - is a mustgood command of English languageWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
