This role will lead strategic projects within the following areas: workplace technology, IT support, service management.An ideal candidate must have experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously and experience leading globally dispersed project teams. Playing a role as a leader on the project and mentor to junior team members is expected for this role.How you will get the job donedriving multiple complex projects with a budget of approximately €1m – €3m and taking responsibility for their delivery using formal project management techniques as appropriate by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across teams and business partnersplanning and follow-up on assigned projects – including time scheduling, cost planning, resource management, quality assurance, etc.producing a Charter for each project based on the agreed scope, defining the budget, identifying the resources, creating the schedule, outlining the approach and suggesting the sequencing of work required to execute the project effectivelycollaborating with internal Infrastructure and Operation teams to troubleshoot project planning issues facilitating design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholderspreparing, planning, and supervising IT projects areas of delivery, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure and systemsproactively managing project risks and issues; developing effective mitigation/treatment plansmanaging project meetings, schedules, milestones, and deliverypreparing project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.ensuring all project costs (actuals) are actively tracked and managed, including SOWs/Purchase Orders, contracts, internal resource assignmentscoordinating the completion of all documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps and compliance gate requests on time to ensure the project continues to align with the agreed schedulebuilding and maintaining a successful relationship with teams and business partnersSkills and experience you will needEnglish and German is a mustat least 7+ of experience in successfully managing the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure, workplace or application projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment, ideally in a global Finance/Insurance or regulated industryexperience of technology and services and partners in the following areas is required: Workplace technology, Global IT Support and Service Managementexperience working with matrixed resources across the following disciplines is required: IT Operations, Infrastructure, Networks, Engineering and Application Managementworking knowledge of Project Management, e.g., Managing Successful Programs (MSP), Prince2 and agile project management tools and methodologiesstrong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitationdemonstrable experience in setting up and driving successful global programsdemonstrated strong personal organizational skills and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others globally in the successful delivery of projectsability to work in complex organization structures and tenaciously forge a path for delivery resulting in business outcomes and stakeholder benefitexcellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing, and scheduling abilityproven ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health status for stakeholder presentationsability to drive a mixture of functional and geographic workstreams and co-ordinate step change delivery to the business in a unified wayknowledge of infrastructure integration issues at the international levelexperience in managing distributed teams and able to work in a matrix setupexcellent communication and presentation skillsNice to haveexperience using Clarity to manage projects and programs is desirablePerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
