  • Coordinate migration of our electronics and industrial automation manufacturing activities to a new manufacturing location,
  • Develop and work closely with a growing team of engineers and technicians and provide guidance,
  • Oversee and manage the performance of various (also remote) manufacturing teams, ensuring deadlines are met, quality is maintained, and the development pipeline is followed,
  • Ensure the development team adheres to the pipeline, meets key milestones, and aligns with the company's business objectives,
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure successful product delivery.
Our requirements
  • 5+ years in electronics, robotics, automation, or related fields,
  • Good level of communication in English language (oral and written),
  • Proven track record in managing manufacturing teams, ensuring adherence to technical pipelines and delivering high-quality output,
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire manufacturing teams,
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders,
  • Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing,
  • Passion for electronics and innovation with a willingness to think outside the box,
  • Ability to work independently and guide a team in a fast-paced startup environment,
  • Ready to start ASAP.

About the job

As the Chief Technology Officer at Iridex Robotics, you'll oversee all technical aspects of our production, driving development, scalability, and security. You'll lead and collaborate with our R&D team, ensuring quality, stability, and efficient workflows. A key focus will be migrating our electronics and industrial automation manufacturing activities to a new location.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate electronics / cybernetics / automation engineer with leadership skills and experience in electronics production to help us take our products to the next level. This is a pivotal role where your strategic insight and technical leadership will directly impact our success.
