Senior Cloud Automation Engineer

Join our new team dedicated to empowering customers - particularly those with regulatory requirements - to deploy and manage our advanced cloud-native platform within their Azure tenants, ensuring full data ownership and control.Please note that this position is hybrid, we are looking for a person who’s looking forward to joining our lively office community in Warsaw for at least 3 days per week. About the Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment technology for our cloud-native identity platform. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, testers, technical writers, and the Engineering Manager to build reliable, secure, and highly automated environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex automation workflows and pipelines, ensuring high reliability and scalability across multiple environments Optimize large-scale cloud infrastructure with a focus on cost efficiency, performance, and security Manage cloud infrastructure and resources using modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices Guide other DevOps engineers, fostering knowledge sharing Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements Ensure robust security, compliance, and operational best practices are followed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, testing, and production environments Expected Experience Extensive experience (5+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or in a senior infrastructure role Expertise in Microsoft Azure and ideally familiarity with regulatory-compliant environments Expertise in ARM Templates and Bicep / Terraform at an advanced level Strong scripting skills with PowerShell / Azure CLI / Python Advanced infrastructure Knowledge (i.e., Storage, Network, DBMS, Ingress, …) Advanced skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and frameworks Experience with containerization (i.e., Docker, LXC, Podman, …) and orchestration technologies (i.e., K8S, AKS, EKG, GKS, …) Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation practices Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Knowledge about Azure (Private) Marketplace offerings are a plus Why Join Us?
