Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring accuracy in financial operations? Avon is looking for a PTP Commissions Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that our Sales Leaders (SLs) and Zone Managers (ZMs) receive their commissions accurately and on time, according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Nasze wymagania
  • Accurately calculate and process monthly commissions for ZMs and SLs, ensuring timely payments.
  • Apply the latest ASLF and ZM compensation frameworks, supporting systems testing when changes occur, and closely collaborate with Sales Support and Business Integration departments.
  • Prepare and manage multivouchers, coordinating closely with our provider to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Manage self-billing processes where applicable.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies for commission calculations, ensuring all inputs, outputs (including journal entries, payment files, and pension fund administration), and deadlines are met.
  • Resolve commission-related queries from ZMs and SLs through Customer Service.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and reconcile commission-related accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal global and local procedures, including adherence to SOX controls.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including CoE team, GBS service delivery, BI & Sales Support, FP&A, controllers, tax, and internal control teams, to enhance processes and build strong working relationships.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and quality within and beyond the role’s scope.
  • A strong background in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes and commission accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven track record of working efficiently with third-party agencies and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing systems and frameworks, with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
