Copywriter/Proofreader

Job Description

• Transcreating and proofreading texts in Polish & English for various marketing materials (e.g. TVC, KV, social media, ivideo and other ad materials);
• Developing compelling and effective advertising content;
• Verifing that media content (such as images and videos) is properly sized;
• Maintaining high standards of delivered content (grammar, punctuation, spacing, consistency) and its alignment with client briefs and guidelines;
• Close cooperation with team members and other teams (copywriters, proofreaders, content coordinators, producers, project managers, client service);
• Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines;
• Awareness of current marketing trends;

Qualifications

• Native Polish speaker;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English (C1/C2);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Versatile writing skills with a human approach (from headlines and subheadings to advertorials and press releases);
• Proven experience in copywriting/translating and proofreading, preferably within an advertising agency;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies;
• Ability to put yourself in the shoes of the target audience;
• Confidence to work independently or in a team;
• Ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines when juggling multiple projects;
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
