You’ll play a key role in defining project goals, managing delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.About the projectOur customer is one of the top and largest pharmaceutical companies globally. We are supporting and working with Drug Discovery processes using the most modern technologies.The team develops a platform designed to efficiently process and visualize petabytes of patient data in real time, helping researchers quickly and precisely identify drug targets through easy-to-use web and cloud-based applications.What you will do:Plan, define, and document project scope, deliverables, and success criteria together with stakeholders;Lead the transition from Time & Materials to Fixed Price models, ensuring clarity around scope and acceptance criteria;Manage timelines, budgets, and resources using Jira and Confluence, maintaining documentation in SharePoint;Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, UX/UI, BA) to keep projects on track and aligned;Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the Product Owner in backlog planning and prioritization;Communicate regularly with clients, share updates, manage expectations, and identify risks early;Track key metrics, report progress, and capture insights through dashboards and post-project reviews;We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract UoP: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/monthB2B: 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT You might be the perfect match if you are/have:At least 5 years of experience in a project management role, demonstrating a trackrecord of successfully delivered projects;Hands-on experience in Agile software development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban;Very good knowledge and practical experience with extensive/formal project documentation, methodologies and delivery models especially FixedPrice / Fixed Scope / Time and Material; Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage project expectations; Facilitation and problem/risk-solving skills to address challenges and ensureproject success;Experience working in an enterprise environment managing relationships and aligning project goals;Strong planning and organizational skills, enabling efficient coordinationof work within a team;Fluent, business English skills on at least C1 level; Good knowledge of Project Management tools, like: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence;Project management certification.What We Value:Excellent self-organization and teamwork skills;Clear and confident communication with clients and stakeholders;A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership;Analytical mindset and a creative approach to solving problems;High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to share knowledge.
