Jeśli Twoje portfolio to nie tylko CapCut i Premiere, ale też animacje i filmy wygenerowane na Veo3 (i innych narzędziach AI), a do tego potrafisz sprawnie ogarnąć planowanie i dowozić tematy na czas – rozważ to ogłoszenie jako pisane dokładnie pod Ciebie.



Miejsce pracy: Katowice



Co będziesz robić :


- Tworzyć krótkie formy video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) na nasze i klienckie kanały – od koncepcji po publikację

.- Projektować grafiki i animacje na wysokim poziomie.

- Generować video AI na Veo3 i innych platformach – od pomysłu, przez prompt, po finalny montaż.

- Optymalizować content pod algorytmy i testować nowe formaty.

- Zarządzać swoim kalendarzem i dowozić content zgodnie z ustalonymi priorytetami.

- Analizować wyniki i ulepszać kolejne materiały.

- Współpracować z teamem performance i sprzedaży, żeby content pracował w lejku


Czego oczekujemy :


- Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w social/video (portfolio konieczne).

- Swoboda w montażu (CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci).

- Biegłość w generowaniu video AI na Veo3 (pokaż to w swoim portfolio).

- Znajomość innych narzędzi AI do kreatywnej pracy z obrazem i tekstem (Pika, Runway, Descript, Midjourney, Canva itp.).

- Bardzo dobra znajomość TikTok/IG/YT/LinkedIn i trendów.

- Umiejętność planowania, priorytetyzowania i pracy na deadline.

- Samodzielność i komunikatywność.
