Business Analyst (Guidewire)

Rate: 150-160 PLN netto+VAT/h

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the Guidewire platform (ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or PolicyCenter).

  • Collaborate with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.

  • Support testing activities by validating that delivered functionality aligns with business expectations.

  • Monitor system changes and assess their impact on business processes.

  • Participate in system configuration and parameterization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in the insurance domain.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one Guidewire module: ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or PolicyCenter.

  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate it into system requirements.

  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Proficiency in creating analytical and technical documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have:

  • Guidewire certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Configuration Specialist).

  • Experience in insurance or financial systems.

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect.
