Vstorm is now expanding its consulting team and looking for an AI Transformation Consultant – someone who can combine a technological perspective with a deep understanding of people and the processes behind change.This is a role for someone who can think strategically, work in a partnership-driven model, and translate advanced AI concepts into concrete business outcomes.

In this role you will:

• Participate in early conversations with clients, listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help uncover real needs and transformation directions,

• Lead advisory and strategic discussions, co-creating the vision and implementation plan for AI-based solutions,

• Identify areas with the highest automation potential and propose actionable directions,

• Co-run transformation projects together with a Project Manager and AI engineering team, ensuring effective delivery,

• Support clients throughout the entire transformation journey – from diagnosis to concept development, implementation, and evaluation,

• Translate complex technological concepts into the language of business value,

• Work in a flexible collaboration model, with availability for client calls across different time zones (primarily 14:00–18:00 CET),

• Meet with the team at the Wrocław office – once a month in full team format, plus an additional 2 days per week in a hybrid model to jointly review projects and exchange knowledge.
