Project Description

In line with Spyrosoft’s strategic growth and commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology for business transformation, we are excited to strengthen our Unit with an AI Consultant role. This position is ideal for someone who excels in transforming analytical insights into actionable business strategies, bridging the gap between technical teams and business operations. The AI Consultant will play a critical role in enhancing our capabilities, driving innovation, and fostering business growth across various sectors. In addition to converting opportunities into projects, this role will help shape our AI Consulting line, working closely with AI experts and external partners to co-create innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery and pre-sales engagements, identifying opportunities, defining AI project scopes, designing solutions, and contributing to proposals, discovery workshops, and statements of work.

  • Translate business objectives into data and AI strategies, ensuring analytics and model development align with measurable business value.

  • Advise on technology and architecture choices, balancing cost, risk, compliance, and expected business outcomes.

  • Liaise between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication across disciplines.

  • Lead AI project delivery, overseeing execution quality, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.

  • Co-create the strategy and vision for Spyrosoft’s AI Consulting, contributing to its roadmap and evolution.

  • Communicate analytical insights clearly, driving understanding and adoption among both executive and technical audiences.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT, including significant involvement in AI-focused and consulting roles, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering business value through AI solutions.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a consulting-related field preferred.

  • Hands-on proficiency in Python and core ML/DL libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

  • Experience with AI/ML tooling such as Jupyter, MLflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML, and Amazon SageMaker.

  • Proven experience with Generative AI and LLM integration, including RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation and guardrails, prompt engineering, and observability - with a strong focus on translating capabilities into business outcomes.

  • Broad experience across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and solid understanding of MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, model registry, deployment, monitoring).

  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to structure complex issues, devise solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical complexity into clear business language.

  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

  • Innovative and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed (up to 10%) • Fluent English (C1)
