  • Planning, coordinating the correct flow of materials and finished products in the warehouse and production area.
  • Planning and managing logistics projects carried out within the department.
  • Responsibility for the daily management of logistics processes and the work of the subordinate team.
  • Ensuring the compliance of warehouse stocks, control of physical and SAP warehouse stocks, ensuring their correctness.
  • Responsibility for building and optimizing the operational process within the logistics department
  • Responsibility for department standards and the correct functioning of processes.
  • Controlling the correct rotation of products and materials and raw materials.
  • Coordinating the process of introducing new employees in the logistics area, training employees.
  • Cooperation with the production department in the field of the correct flow of materials and security.
  • Supervision and coordination of the process of shipping goods to customers, process improvement.
  • Development of transport strategies and optimization of transport costs.
  • Team management and taking care of their professional development.
  • Carrying out a cyclical inventory and settling its results.
  • Planning and coordinating the smooth flow of materials and documentation in the enterprise.
  • Department work based on 5S and promoting the concept of lean management.
  • Responsibility for formulating and implementing the department's KPIs.
  • Responsibility for building, implementing and improving the warehouse system.
  • Responsibility for communication and cooperation with other departments of the company.
  • Responsibility for monitoring all aspects of the department's functioning, reporting on time and formulating solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules in the department and in the processes.
  • Management of the strategy for storing raw materials, packaging and finished products.
  • Planning planning strategies, implementing Lean Management in planning.
  • Optimization of logistics processes, searching for and implementing appropriate solutions to optimize the logistics and planning area.
  • Providing instructions and procedures for processes and updating them.
  • Budget Control: Develop and manage the department’s budget, making adjustments as necessary to control costs and ensure the department operates within its financial means.
Our requirements
  • Work in the logistics area in a managerial position, min. 3 years.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain functioning in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of the production process, planning processes and logistics processes in a manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level, min. B2.
  • Higher education: logistics, economics, engineering.
  • Knowledge of basic labor law and health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of the SAP system.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a team, control employees and processes.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and make decisions.
  • Ability to manage yourself in time and change.
  • Work under time pressure and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Work with KPIs and budget.
