IT Analyst

The goal is to optimize data flows, ensure data accuracy, and support the delivery of business intelligence solutions by translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories for the development team. Responsibilities you'll haveAnalyze data stored in data warehouses and prepare insights for stakeholders.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and validate data.Collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to understand requirements.Document functional and non-functional requirements.Create UML/BPMN diagrams and data models.Maintain project documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.Support Agile ceremonies — refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.Define acceptance criteria and perform demo sign-offs.Ensure compliance with AML and other financial regulations.
