Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant who will be responsible for Implementation and Management, Regulatory Compliance and Data Processing. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Job description:

  • Experience: Proven experience in financial services, payment processing, or a related field. Experience with Convergent Mediation systems is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the EEA and US, and experience with BRIM, FICA, and FIGL systems.


Roles and Responsibilities post joining

  • Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation of the Convergent Mediation system, ensuring it processes the lifecycle of bookings through a four-step lifecycle, from data processing to convergent invoicing, FICA, and FIGL.

  • Hands-on experience in SAP FICA within the BRIM (CM-CI-FICA) landscape

  • Strong understanding of CI (Convergent Invoicing) and integration with FICA

  • Experience of Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

  • Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with ELS and regulatory licenses, particularly in the EEA area (Swiss, UK, etc.) and the US.

  • Data Processing: Utilize Convergent Mediation to hold and process data as required, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PSP side of the business and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Convergent Mediation system.


Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to payment processing, ensuring hotel partners receive payments promptly.
