Your responsibilities- As a skilled and experienced Replicon Solution Expert you should be able to lead the stabilization and improvement of the already deployed time and absence management solution for a leading multinational consulting firm.
- This role involves working within a team of solution experts, working across 39 countries, and supporting a workforce of 350,000 employees.
- You will be responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing solution capabilities, and ensuring closer alignment with business needs.
- You should be having a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in SaaS solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
- Expertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of data integration methods (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and cloud-based architecture.
- Design end-to-end data flows and describe system interdependencies.
- Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.
- Experience in documenting requirements for large, complex organizations
