We seek an experienced AI Team Lead Engineer to join our mission. This is more than just a statement – it’s our daily practice and a core part of our DNA. We’re seeking an A-player who thrives on continuous learning, personal growth, and building AI Agentic solutions that impact businesses.

All our projects focus on building custom agentic AI solutions. Projects center on developing agentic AI as a cornerstone of AI-driven business transformation. Every system is engineered from scratch – no GPTs, no off-the-shelf components. This is pure engineering, where each solution is fully customized to address specific business needs. We act as long-term partners, embedding ourselves in our clients’ processes to automate and optimize them step by step.

You’ll collaborate directly with the client’s team in the US and our five AI Engineers on multiple projects in sprint-based iterations. Our mission is to drive the AI Agents transformation, addressing immediate pain points while aligning with long-term strategic goals.

What will you do?

• Define technical vision and AI strategy in collaboration with business consultants and clients, translating business objectives into scalable technical architectures and implementation roadmaps
  

• Architect and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and end-to-end AI workflows.
  

• Evaluate and select technology stacks, assessing LLM frameworks, vector databases, orchestration tools, and cloud services to build maintainable, future-proof solutions
  

• Design validation and evaluation frameworks for LLMs, defining metrics, testing methodologies, and continuous monitoring to ensure AI system quality and reliability
  

• Mentor and grow the engineering team, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
  

• Drive technical feasibility assessments, designing and overseeing experiments to validate hypotheses
  

• Create technical documentation and knowledge systems that enable team scalability, client understanding, and long-term maintainability of complex AI solutions

  
  

Ideally, if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering/development using Python, with a strong focus on building and deploying machine learning or AI-powered applications.
  

• Proven experience in developing LLM-based software, including hands-on experience with different frameworks relevant to agent/workflow orchestration (e.g., PydanticAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  

• Demonstrable experience in designing, building, and optimizing RAG pipelines.
  

• Proven ability to create and manage validation/evaluation pipelines for LLMs.
  

• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and all major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Leading the engineering team or project
  

• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level (both written and spoken)
  

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  

• Ability to be available 2-3 days per week for meetings with hours adjusted to the US (EST time zone)
