Supply Chain Planner Miejsce pracy: Tajęcina (pow. rzeszowski)Your responsibilities
  • Planning for aero engine components, coordinating and monitoring the market requirements, availability of raw materials, capacity restrictions etc.
  • Contributing and/ or coordinating Supply Chain relevant meetings to provide a consistent and standardized program view and efficient communication
  • Participation in relocation projects by actively supporting the production launches in Rzeszów
  • Monitoring delivery capability to fulfill market requirements based on the agreed upon plan as well as recognizing and escalating potential delivery delays
  • Supporting the coordination of comprehensive statements and comments on capacity and priority within assigned production lines / purchased units
  • Recognizing critical issues and their impact, identifying scenarios, preparing decisions and alternative solutions in problematic situations. Establishing and implementing necessary actions and proactively driving their closure, when necessary by escalating to the suitable hierarchy
Our requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Technical, Economics, Engineering or Logistics is an advantage)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in production planning, assembly planning, purchasing or other departments involved in supply chain
  • ERP integrated system experience is required (preferably SAP)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to comprehend, evaluate, consolidate and aggregate information
  • Very good verbal and written skills in English are mandatory
  • Strong analytical, reporting skills and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Great ability to work in team and high communication skills (also for working in virtual teams from different sites)
  • High degree of autonomous working capability
