For our client – a growing IT Hub of a German technology company located in Warsaw – we are currently looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of:

Modern Workplace Team Leader

This is a unique opportunity to join an international organization and actively shape the future of a modern digital workplace built on Microsoft 365 technologies.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists managing and evolving the Microsoft 365-based digital workplace,
  • Plan and oversee the execution of service delivery processes in the Modern Work area,
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and execute the Modern Work strategy,
  • Monitor compliance with SLA, KPIs, and ITIL standards,
  • Drive optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives across services.
Employer requirements
  • Proven experience in IT team leadership or a senior technical role within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem,
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and Power Platform,
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint management - Windows,
  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience with SLA/KPI tracking,
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus),
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic service development skills.
