T Service Owner DelegateJoin us, and shape the future of secure IT operationsKraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).As an IT Service Owner Delegate, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undertaking complex transformation initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability, and compliance of critical IT services. You will be supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and services, ensuring stability across development, testing, production, and contingency environments. The role is focusing on service continuity, governance, proactive planning, and stakeholder management. You will be collaborating with technical teams, risk and compliance functions, and business stakeholders to continuously improve service performance and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.Your main responsibilities:Maintaining effective control of end-to-end applications and servicesEnsuring continuous improvement and stability of IT servicesAdhering to governance processes and IT controlsPlanning service requirements including evergreening and capacity upgradesActing as an escalation point for stakeholders and service-related requestsCollaborating with stakeholders across functions and technology teamsDelegating tasks to POD members and consolidating information for responsesReviewing service and application inventories to ensure accuracyCommunicating service benefits and performance to the businessSupporting compliance with information security and regulatory requirementsYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, Software Support, or Project ManagementStrong knowledge of ITIL methodologies, especially SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security, Change, Incident & Problem ManagementAbility to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsA proactive, can-do attitude with adaptability to different tasksTeam-oriented mindset and flexibility in fast-changing environmentsGood knowledge of IT technologies and operational environmentsStrong communication skills in EnglishExperience working with governance, risk, and control processesAbility to manage escalations and resolve service-related issues effectivelyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailIt is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of Windows, Linux, or databases such as OracleExperience working in large financial institutions or regulated industriesFamiliarity with cyber security frameworks and best practicesPrior exposure to vendor and third-party managementWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
