The role involves working in a complex, regulated environment, collaborating with international stakeholders, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. Responsibilities you'll haveDesign, develop, and maintain AI/ML solutions supporting business-critical processes and data-driven decision makingBuild, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models (including classical ML and deep learning approaches)Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutionsWork with large, structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring data quality and reproducibility of experimentsIntegrate AI models into production systems (APIs, microservices, batch or streaming pipelines)Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve model performance in production environmentsApply best practices in MLOps, including versioning, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and model lifecycle managementEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, and ethical AI standardsContribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and knowledge sharing within the teamMentor less experienced engineers and support team development Expected competences and knowledgeStrong experience in designing and implementing machine learning or AI-based solutions in productionSolid programming skills in Python (experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)Good understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering)Experience working with data pipelines and data processing toolsHands-on experience deploying models to production environments (cloud or on-premise)Familiarity with software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, version control)Experience working in agile, cross-functional teamsAbility to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersVery good command of EnglishExperience with AWS SageMaker (nice to have) Technologies you'll work withAWSPython Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
