  • Determine daily cash position for domestic and international bank accounts and oversee case transactions to ensure adequate liquidity
  • Initiate and oversee manual outgoing vendor and intercompany payments as needed
  • Prepare foreign exchange (FX) trades for foreign currency account funding and foreign currency vendor payments and communicate with FX traders to determine appropriate rates for execution
  • Work closely with accounts payable, corporate accounting and supply chain regarding any vendor payments and returns
  • Assist with bank account openings/closings, bank signatory maintenance and periodic bank KYC requests
  • Actively monitors treasury’s shared inbox and provide prompt responses
  • Deliver service in line with agreed SOPs, controls, practice, policies and procedures
Our requirements
  • 0-2 years of treasury experience
  • Knowledge of cash management principles and banking processes (preferred)
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and adapt in fast-pace environment
  • Good interpersonal skills but also comfortable working independently and staying focused
  • Familiarity with IFS ERP system, Kyriba TMS workstation and/or banking portals / bank online systems a plus

About the position

The Treasury Team’s primary role in the organization is to preserve and optimize the company’s use of cash ensuring all outflows (payroll, vendor payments, etc.) are The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for monitoring payments, cashflows and revenue. Will also be reporting

payment issues and working directly with banks on fixing them. Treasury specialist facilitates daily operations in close collaboration with teams based in Gdansk and Houston.
