Cyber Security SpecialistMiejsce pracy: GdańskTechnologies we useExpectedPythonAbout the projectIn this role you will be part of the Cyber Security Team, focusing on identifying remediation gaps, assessing security findings and driving their resolution across the organisation. You will work closely with accountable and responsible stakeholders, ensure consistent understanding of security requirements, and help accelerate remediation activities to effectively de-risk the organisation. This role is governance-oriented, requiring strong analytical thinking, communication skills and autonomy in day-to-day decision-making.Your responsibilitiesIdentifying remediation gaps and driving them towards timely resolutionAdvising stakeholders on available solutions and required actionsAnalysing scanning results and defining concrete steps aimed at reducing security risksCollaborating with remediation-responsible stakeholders to ensure progressEnsuring that security findings are clearly understood and that remediation pace is adequateMaintaining a proactive governance approach and demonstrating autonomy in executing assigned tasksOur requirementsStrong understanding of security domains, especially in the area of security findings assessment and remediationMin. 2 years of experience in security areaPractical governance experience in at least one of the following areas: Workstation vulnerabilities, Server vulnerabilities, Baseline deviations, Container vulnerabilities, Static Application Security Testing (SAST), External Attack Surface Management (EASM) findings, Threat Modelling findings, API-related findingsKnowledge or experience with: problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, OWASP (considered an advantage)Advanced troubleshooting and conceptual skills, including the ability to propose solutions to uncommon remediation-related issuesFamiliarity with tools and methodologies for security findings assessment and enrichmentGood understanding of risk-based approaches and risk management practicesFluent business and technical English (spoken and written)OptionalExperience in automation, preferably with Python, Apache Airflow and/or Power AutomatePractical use of AI technologies in governance processes or automation workflowsDevelopment opportunities we offerassistance in preparation to public speechesconferences abroadconferences in Polanddevelopment budgetexternal trainingintracompany trainingmentoringsoft skills trainingsubstantive support from technological leaderssupport of IT eventstechnical knowledge exchange within the companyWhat we offerWhy choose this offer?
