You will influence remediation direction, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support the organisation in reducing risk exposure through structured governance and expert advisory. Responsibilities you'll haveLeading the identification of remediation gaps and driving strategic resolution initiatives across the organisationProviding expert guidance to stakeholders on remediation strategies, ensuring alignment with security best practices and regulatory expectationsAnalysing complex scanning results to define actionable steps that reduce the bank’s risk exposureCollaborating cross-functionally with accountable and responsible remediation owners to ensure timely and effective executionEnsuring security findings are clearly understood and that remediation efforts progress at an appropriate paceDemonstrating autonomy and ownership in task execution, maintaining a proactive governance approach and influencing remediation outcomes Expected competences and knowledgeDeep understanding of security domains, particularly security findings assessment and remediation, supported by 4+ years of hands-on experienceGovernance experience in at least one of the following security findings areas:Containers vulnerabilitiesStatic Application Security Testing (SAST)External Attack Surface Management (EASM) findingsThreat Modelling findingsAPI-related findingsKnowledge or experience with: problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, OWASP (considered an advantage)Advanced troubleshooting and conceptual skills, including the ability to propose solutions to uncommon remediation-related issuesFamiliarity with tools and methodologies for security findings assessment and enrichmentGood understanding of risk-based approaches and risk management practicesFluent business and technical English (spoken and written) Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
